Fincos Oy offers counseling and guidance services for people who are moving to Finland.

 

The service takes place in cooperation with companies and educational institutions that are recruiting people to Finland. Advice and guidance mainly takes place already in the country of origin.

 

Counseling services are often offered as part of the Finnish language teaching package (80% Finnish language and 20% counseling services) or they can also be ordered as a separate entity. Counseling services can be provided as individual or group guidance.

 

During the counseling services, the initial orientation related to moving to Finland will be reviewed. Subject areas include e.g. immigration permit practices, economic rights and obligations of immigration, practices of dealing with authorities and questions related to housing and living.

 

The special needs of companies and educational institutions are taken into account when dealing with the subject areas. Through the initial orientation, the newcomers get a realistic idea of ​​Finland, and they get the necessary advance information about moving to Finland. Workplaces and educational institutions are responsible for the actual training in Finland.
