The company's founders, Pekka and Eija Toivainen, are an expert couple with extensive international experience. Pekka has a Master's Degree in Educational Sciences and Theology and is a Finnish S2 language teacher. Eija is a Social Counselor and Practical Nurse. Eija has extensive experience in the integration processes of immigrants, related to every day life and official matters. They have more than 12 years of experience in international assignments in six different countries and personal experience of settling in a new country.

 

The support services offered by the company are designed to meet the challenges of Finland's increasing labor shortage. Fincos Oy directs its support services especially to those Finnish companies and educational institutions that are recruiting new students and employees to Finland. The company offers services that help newcomers settle into Finnish life and society.

Mastering the basics of the Finnish language and understanding the operating principles of Finnish society make it easier to adapt to studies and working life. The courses are designed according to the company's or educational institution's own needs. If possible, the training is carried out already in the country of departure, and it can be continued in Finland according to the needs of the company and the educational institution. Support services include e.g. Finnish language teaching in the country of departure and basic introduction related to moving, working and living in Finland.
